| A. Leisure Vouchers are available in £1, £5, £10 and £25. We do recommend that you think about the likely use of the vouchers in order to choose the most appropriate denomination as change cannot be given. (see further question on change) |

| A. Leisure Vouchers are currently in pounds sterling, therefore they cannot be used outside the UK. However, we have a number of partners in the scheme which operate abroad, so the vouchers can be used to purchase the service in the UK and then use the service abroad. |

| A. To book a hotel room, please call the appropriate number or book online reserving the room with your credit/debit card. When you check in or out (depending on the hotel), you can pay in full or partially with Leisure Vouchers. |

| A. Unfortunately, Leisure Vouchers will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, non-use or unauthorised use of the voucher. |

| A. Leisure Vouchers offer a variety of gift wallets and these are provided free of charge. We also offer an overprinting facility for bulk orders of gift wallets, please contact the Leisure Vouchers marketing team for further information. |

| A. How to Enjoy leaflets are provided free of charge with your vouchers, these help the recipient understand the brands which accept Leisure Vouchers. They are updated every six months detailing all current partners and relevant contact details. |

| Q. How do I find out where my nearest outlet is? |
| A. Visit the Leisure Vouchers homepage and click on the Where's my nearest button, this will allow you to search within a certain radius of a town, postcode or county and will then list all the current outlets. |

| A. Yes, Leisure Vouchers can supply tracking reports upon request, these detail which outlets have accepted the Leisure Vouchers that you purchased (individual serial numbers are used to do this). |

| Q. How long does it take to set up a credit account? |
| A. The credit application form is simple to follow, please complete the form (located in the Business Section) and fax to 08720 30 40 51, the details will be run through a credit checking facility and you will be notified by telephone if your application has been successful. |

| Q. Can I get any help with communicating/marketing of my motivational/reward scheme? |
| A. Yes, if you require logos or images, these can be downloaded free of charge from the Leisure Vouchers website, please contact the Marketing Executive on 01494 887617 who will provide a password to gain access. All artwork has to be approved by the Leisure Vouchers marketing department prior to print. |
